ONLINE INDIVIDUAL THERAPY IS NOW AVAILABLE. This is for adults 18+ years) who are interested in doing therapy but are unable to meet in-person. Once you set up your appointment, your therapist will meet with you through a HIPAA-compliant online communication service.

**All NEW individual clients are required to complete a 60-minute Initial Assessment before proceeding to a different length of time, which ranges from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.**

Booking a Couples Therapy session requires both parties to be present. This is for any couple who is in a committed relationship and would like to improve their connection with one another.

ONLINE COUPLES THERAPY IS NOW AVAILABLE. This is for adult couples (18+ years) who are interested in doing therapy but are unable to meet in-person. Once you set up your appointment, your therapist will meet with you through a HIPAA-compliant online communication service.

All NEW couples must complete a 75-minute Intake Session with the therapist before continuing to do a different session length, which ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
